Things I've done....Or would like to do

Bold=Things I've done.
Italics=Things I want to do it.

There are things I want to do in my life that are not on this list and things on here I do not want to do. But since I lifted this from someone else I will go with what they have listed.

1. Started your own blog
2. Slept under the stars (does it count if I was in a tent under the stars?)
3. Played in a band (played clarinet in jr. high and high school bands)
4. Visited Hawaii
5. Watched a meteor shower
6. Given more than you can afford to charity
7. Been to Disneyworld (looking forward to going again when the girls are a little older)
8. Climbed a mountain
9. Held a praying mantis (don't really want to do this)
10. Sang a solo (In 3rd grade music program)
11. Bungee jumped (Wouldn't do this if you paid me a large sum of money)
12. Visited Paris
13. Watched a lightning storm at sea
14. Taught yourself an art from scratch
15. Adopted a child
16. Had food poisoning (yuck!!)
17. Walked to the top of the Statue of Liberty ( have gone over to the island, but it was closed
when we were there)
18. Grown your own vegetables (not that good at it though :( )
19. Seen the Mona Lisa in France
20. Slept on an overnight train
21. Had a pillow fight
22. Hitch hiked (don't really want to do this)
23. Taken a sick day when you’re not ill
24. Built a snow fort
25. Held a lamb (I held a baby skunk when I was little)
26. Gone skinny dipping
27. Run a Marathon
28. Ridden in a gondola in Venice
29. Seen a total eclipse
30. Watched a sunrise or sunset (It's the best at the beach)
31. Hit a home run
32. Been on a cruise (just a short 2 day cruise from Florida to the Bahamas)
33. Seen Niagara Falls in person
34. Visited the birthplace of your ancestors
35. Seen an Amish community
36. Taught yourself a new language (have tried to learn sign language, but don't practice
enough to remember what I learn)
37. Had enough money to be truly satisfied (back when I was single and had no kids)
38. Seen the Leaning Tower of Pisa in person
39. Gone rock climbing
40. Seen Michelangelos David
41. Sung karaoke (I haven't but Bill did on our little 2 day cruise)
42. Seen Old Faithful geyser erupt
43. Bought a stranger a meal at a restaurant
44. Visited Africa
45. Walked on a beach by moonlight (with a full moon)
46. Been transported in an ambulance
47. Had your portrait painted
48. Gone deep sea fishing
49. Seen the Sistine Chapel in person
50. Been to the top of the Eiffel Tower in Paris
51. Gone scuba diving or snorkeling (snorkeling in the Bahamas)
52. Kissed in the rain
53. Played in the mud
54. Gone to a drive-in theater
55. Been in a movie
56. Visited the Great Wall of China
57. Started a business
58. Taken a martial arts class
59. Visited Russia
60. Served at a soup kitchen
61. Sold Girl Scout Cookies
62. Gone whale watching (would love to do this)
63. Got flowers for no reason
64. Donated blood, platelets or plasma (blood)
65. Gone sky diving
66. Visited a Nazi Concentration Camp
67. Bounced a check (long time ago)

69. Saved a favorite childhood toy
70. Visited the Lincoln Memorial (2 times)
71. Eaten Caviar (don't want to do this one)
72. Pieced a quilt
73. Stood in Times Square (4 times....New York is one of my favorite places to visit)
74. Toured the Everglades
75. Been fired from a job
76. Seen the Changing of the Guards in London
77. Broken a bone (toe)
78. Been on a speeding motorcycle (Bill owned 2 motorcycles when we got married....he got a good pinch on the leg when he went too fast)
79. Seen the Grand Canyon in person (does it count if you were in an airplane?)
80. Published a book
81. Visited the Vatican
82. Bought a new car (3 so far....all Honda Accords)
83. Walked in Jerusalem
84. Had your picture in the newspaper
85. Read the entire Bible (I always end up not getting through parts like Numbers....and other OT books)
86. Visited the White House (with my Mom)
87. Killed and prepared an animal for eating
88. Had chickenpox
89. Saved someone’s life
90. Sat on a jury
91. Met someone famous (Katie Couric (she autographed my book), Matt Lauer, Al Roker, &
Anne Curry at the Today show while in NY....shook hands with Mr. T who was a guest....also
got Steve Tyler's autograph on a sidewalk in NY)
92. Joined a book club
93. Lost a loved one (most recently my grandmother)
94. Had a baby (two beautiful girls)
95. Seen the Alamo in person (2 times)
96. Swam in the Great Salt Lake
97. Been involved in a law suit
98. Owned a cell phone
99. Been stung by a bee
100. Read an entire book in one day (lots of kids books...)

I loved learning about things you have done. I would love to hear about the snorkeling...I really want to do that. Also gotta agree w/ you on a few...don't want to hitch hike or hold a praying mantis! And NY is one of my favorite places to visit :)

Just wondering when you plan to go skinny dipping??? You tell me those plans and I'll tell you about the nude beach I went to! Ha!

Very cool that you visited the Today's Show! I used to watch it daily and still enjoy it when I have time to watch it. Katie Couric was my favorite!

I don't think I realized that Bill had motorcycles!
